Stirling St Campus Accommodation

> Visually dynamic, decorative bonded aggregate surfacing

> High aesthetics and wear component

Requirements:

Stirling St Campus is an exciting inner city student accommodation project involving the conversion of an existing 1970's building in Northbridge. It has been designed and built as part of a range of developments that will see the north eastern part of Perth's CBD transformed into a thriving student hub. An integral part of creating the vibe around the project was ensuring that the landscaped rooftop terraces and lounging areas on the upper floors provided appropriate environments for relaxing, dining and entertaining.

As such there was a clear vision for the aesthetic appeal of the terraces and surrounds together with a need to ensure the entire area delivered a safe and distinct experience for all users. The roof design is configured in such a way that alfresco and BBQ outdoor activities allow for prime views over the city and the western sunset. It is an area where friends will meet, mingle and relax. The area requires a product selection that complements all aspects of the design and intended usage.

Solution:

To complement the views and the surrounding vibrancy, a range of multi-colour designs utilising Omnigrip Deco were specified for the various areas, utilising Pearl Marble and Black Pepper colours.

Antiskid Industries were the recommended contractor for the project. Once again we liaised and consulted extensively with the various stakeholders to ensure that the project was completed in line with the complicated build schedule.
